B12 and B Complex Injections
Many patients are taking some form of B vitamin, either sublingual or in a pill form. These methods of delivery are ok, but getting a B vitamin injection is far superior.
Here are several reasons why:
What is the difference between B12 and B complex?
B12 Injections: It specifically delivers a concentrated dose of vitamin B12, which is essential for various bodily functions, including nerve function, DNA synthesis, and the formation of red blood cells. B12 deficiency can lead to symptoms like fatigue, weakness, and neurological problems.
B Complex Injections: It contains a combination of several B vitamins, including B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), and B12 (cobalamin), among others. Each of these vitamins plays a crucial role in metabolism, energy production, and overall health.
B12 or B complex injection - $30
Low Dose Naltrexone
Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) has gained attention as a potential therapy for a variety of conditions, particularly due to its immune-modulating and anti-inflammatory properties. Below is a list of conditions for which LDN has shown promise.

NAD+
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a compound found naturally in your body's cells. Because NAD levels naturally decline with age, supplementation could offer benefits.
NAD+ has gained attention in the biohacking and enhanced performance communities for its potential to boost mitochondrial efficiency, improve cognitive clarity, enhance recovery, and even support hormonal health. Researchers often report better energy, deeper focus, and reduced fatigue—especially during intense training or periods of stress.
How does it help?
NAD+ is a coenzyme that helps turn nutrients into energy by enabling key reactions in the mitochondria.
It also activates enzymes like sirtuins, which repair DNA and support healthy aging, potentially expanding lifespan. As NAD+ levels decline with age or stress, energy production drops and cellular damage accumulates.
Increased NAD+ levels have been proved to enhance energy production, improve recovery, support brain function, and promote metabolic health.
Potential Benefits Include:
Improved Cognitive Function - enhance memory, focus, and overall brain function
Improved Energy Levels - boost energy production and reduce fatigue
Mood Regulation - modulates neurotransmitter levels to help manage anxiety and moods
Effective in reducing cravings and fatigue
Reduce inflammation - reduce chronic inflammation associated with conditions like arthritis and autoimmune diseases
Slowing effects of aging - DNA repair and cellular longevity to slow down the aging process and protect against age-related diseases
Injectable, Intranasal or Sublingual NAD+
Due to the low oral bioavailability of NAD+, it is formulated in both injectable, intranasal and sublingual formats but not in pill form. All are highly effective, but serve different goals.
Intranasal and Sublingual delivery offers quick absorption through the nasal or mucosal lining, making it ideal for boosting focus, mood, and cognitive clarity. It's non-invasive, easy to use, and convenient for frequent dosing, though its effects may be shorter-lived and slightly less systemic.
Injectable NAD+ (for intramuscular use) provides higher bioavailability and longer-lasting effects. It supports full-body energy production, cellular repair, and mitochondrial function more deeply, making it a slightly more potent version. However, it's more invasive, costly, requires giving oneself an injection and can result in a mild stinging sensation.
